Megan is a professionally trained coach, who has completed the Leadership Coaching Intensive program with 100 hours of coaching practice and 10 hours of mentor coaching and has fulfilled all requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation. Megan is currently pursuing the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation with the Family Enterprise Canada Organization, a specialized certification that demonstrates expertise in the unique challenges facing family-owned businesses, including multi-generational dynamics, governance, succession planning, and wealth management.
