My Journey
My career has spanned the management of multiple Long-Term Care homes ranging from 77 to 250 beds, overseeing budgets from $5 million to $40 million, and guiding high-performing teams to deliver exceptional care while cultivating future leaders.
In recent years, I stepped into a pivotal role within my second-generation family business during a time of significant crisis. As Chair of the Board, I led with clarity and conviction, bringing in a new CEO, establishing strong governance structures, implementing systems for legal, risk, and performance monitoring, and facilitating complex family dynamics with grace. Under my leadership, the business grew from $9 million to $13 million and regained stability and momentum.
After more than 20 years in senior leadership, I chose this path to support others in navigating complexity with clarity and confidence. Whether coaching executives, guiding governance conversations, or helping families align around shared values and vision, my goal is always the same: to create space for growth, insight, and meaningful progress.
